Eric Jackson over at brings an interesting story about the reasons why companies fail to retain their top talents. I will not repeat his post here but it is interesting to see how the points he makes coincide with our 10 points management. Most of his points would translate in lack of goal clarity, failing communication and failing to recognize the importance of motivation and attention to the process.
